Truva - Senior Sales Manager - Real Estate

Truva - founded in 2023 by IIT & Stanford GSB alumni, is redefining India's real estate to make home buying and selling delightful and transparent.

About the Role:

Acquisitions at Truva means bringing property owners (sellers) onto the Truva platform. This is a sales/business-development role, not a finance or M&A acquisitions role. You will be the person who identifies homeowners looking to sell, convinces them to list with Truva instead of a broker, and manages that relationship until the property is onboarded and sold. Think of it as owning the supply side of the marketplace in your assigned area.

What You'll Do:

- Own and lead the seller-acquisition effort for Truva within a specific micromarket/cluster (a defined set of localities)

- Reach out to and pitch prospective home sellers on why Truva is a better way to sell their property

- Negotiate terms and get sellers to formally onboard their property with Truva

- Act as the seller's main point of contact - manage queries, concerns, and escalations through the process

- Build a strong pipeline of sellers to consistently hit your cluster's listing targets

What We're Looking For:

- Passion for customer-centric sales and a genuine drive to learn and excel at it

- Exceptionally strong communication and persuasion skills - comfortable with cold outreach and in-person pitches

- A hustling attitude - resilient, thick-skinned, and not deterred by rejection or a slow yes

- Senior-level: some prior sales/field sales/real estate experience preferred, though mindset matters more than pedigree
