Role Overview:
We are looking for a strong Senior Buyer Sales professional who can guide home buyers end-to-end, deliver a great customer experience, and drive conversions across the Mumbai micromarket.
What you'll do:
- Lead end-to-end buyer sales for your micromarket (inquiries - site visits - closure).
- Guide buyers through the home-buying journey with trust, clarity, and transparency.
- Manage listings in your micromarket and ensure readiness for buyers.
- Build and grow a strong CRM pipeline and convert high-quality leads.
- Work closely with growth, partnerships, and product teams to improve buyer experience.
- Solve buyer escalations and maintain excellent NPS and conversion metrics.
Who We Are Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in real estate buyer sales / channel sales / customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Problem-solver with high ownership and ability to guide customers confidently.
- Someone who enjoys a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and performance targets.
