Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - Growth who can own high-impact growth problems, move fast with data, and work closely with founders and cross-functional teams.

This role is for someone who loves numbers, experiments aggressively, and builds long-term scalable solutions.

What You'll Do:

- Lead growth product initiatives across the funnel from acquisition to activation, retention, and revenue.

- Drive Top-of-Funnel growth, including landing pages, SEO experiments, referrals, lead flows, and onboarding improvements.

- Build Product-Led Growth (PLG) features that convert users without heavy manual touch.

- Improve Sales team productivity through better workflows, automation, CRM integrations, and dashboards.

- Design and run A/B experiments to improve conversion rates across the user journey.

- Work directly with founders, growth, marketing, sales, and engineering to ship fast, high-quality work.

- Identify and solve problems using first-principles thinking instead of assumptions.

- Build detailed product roadmaps that balance quick wins with long-term impact.

Who You Are:

- 3+ years of product management experience, with strong exposure to growth problems.

- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments.

- Excellent with numbers, funnels, and experimentation.

- Strong ownership mindset you care about outcomes, not just tasks.

- Experience working closely with founders and cross-functional teams.

- Curious, analytical, and ready to hustle around daily metrics while thinking long-term
