We are now seeking a visionary Chief Growth Officer (CGO) who can propel Trustt to Unicorn status by driving exponential growth through strategic sales leadership, innovative marketing, and AI-powered pipeline generation.
Role Overview
The CGO will lead Revenue Growth, Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Partnerships, aligning all go-to-market activities to achieve rapid scaling. This leader will bring deep BFSI connections, exceptional communication skills, and a bold vision for AI-driven transformation to position Trustt as the market leader.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
1. Drive end-to-end sales strategy, from prospecting to closure, across BFSI segments.
2. Leverage personal BFSI rolodex to open high-value doors and close enterprise deals.
3. Define and execute aggressive revenue growth plans to achieve Unicorn status.
Marketing & Brand Positioning
1. Lead brand storytelling that resonates with BFSI decision-makers.
2. Oversee creation of high-impact product videos, demos, and marketing content.
3. Position Trustt as a thought leader in AI-powered BFSI transformation through events, PR, and digital campaigns.
AI-Driven Pipeline & CRM Excellence
1. Implement HubSpot AI features to optimize lead scoring, nurturing, and conversion.
2. Harness AI analytics for real-time sales forecasting and decision-making.
Solution Evangelism & Client Engagement
1. Act as a Dream Merchant - transforming client challenges into visionary, real-time solutions.
2. Work closely with product teams to ensure solutions align with emerging BFSI and AI trends.
3. Champion AI transformation stories to inspire client adoption.
Partnership & Ecosystem Development
1. Build strategic alliances with BFSI players, fintechs, and technology partners.
2. Negotiate high-impact partnerships that accelerate market penetration.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven Track Record: 15+ years in senior Sales/Marketing roles, preferably in BFSI SaaS.
BFSI Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of BFSI processes, compliance, and technology adoption cycles.
AI Evangelism: Familiar with AI trends and capable of evangelising its impact in BFSI.
Tech-Savvy Leadership: Ability to navigate the modern tech landscape and guide go-to-market strategies accordingly.
Exceptional Communication: Influence and inspire at CxO levels.
Rolodex Advantage: A strong BFSI executive network is highly desirable.
Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to conceptualize innovative solutions in real-time
