Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development : Lead efforts to identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within the finance sector. Leverage industry knowledge to expand the company's market presence.

- Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Act as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts.

- Strategic Partnerships : Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, potential investors, and key industry players to enhance business growth opportunities.

- Market Analysis & Strategy : Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and potential areas for business growth. Develop and implement targeted strategies to maximize business development success.

- Revenue Generation : Set and achieve business development goals and targets, contributing directly to the company's revenue generation and profitability.

- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and finance teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.

- Negotiation & Deal Structuring : Lead negotiations and drive deal-making processes, including drafting proposals, pricing, and contract agreements.

- Reporting & Documentation : Prepare regular reports on business development progress, market trends, and performance metrics for senior leadership.

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business development, relationship management, or sales within the finance industry, with a proven track record of driving growth.

- Debt Capital Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of debt capital products, services, and markets.

- Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization.

- Analytical Skills: Strong market analysis capabilities and ability to translate insights into actionable business strategies.

- Negotiation Expertise: Proven experience in high-level negotiations, contract management, and deal closures.

- Leadership: Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.

- Language: Fluent in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
