Trust Group - Manager - Finance & Accounts

Financial Control

- Prepare financial accounts, statements, budgets

- Maintaining accounts and financials as required under the statute

- Ensuring risks mitigation measures, controls are in place and tested periodically

- Ensuring accounts are maintained accurately, timely and free of errors

- Escalation matrix is put in place along with thresholds / scenarios in which escalation needs to be exercised

- Set up and implement a seamless Expense management process including approval matrix and reporting.

- Verifying all vendor pay-outs and reimbursements, review and approve distributor payouts.

Audit

- Liaison with internal / external / regulatory / group auditors

- Submitting reports, information for board / audit committee and other such meetings

Regulatory and Governance

- Handing listing requirement reporting to exchange / CS team

- Obtaining required certificate from CA / Statutory auditor on time to time basis

Management Information & Support

- Financial Group MIS which includes business vertical wise reports and forecasts.

- Preparing MIS and other data to provide to the Management on a periodical basis.

- Preparing consolidated data for MIS

- Reviewing vertical wise expenses and allocations

- Periodic Peer group analysis (at least annually) to benchmark our processes and optimize related controls.

- Work with management team on revenue optimization ideas across fee margins, new initiatives
