Corporate Treasury Investment Role

Experience: 3 to 8 years

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

- Acquiring new corporate clients and meeting assigned sales & revenue targets.

Client Management:

- Managing a portfolio of existing Corporate clients, ensuring high satisfaction, and resolving queries.

Investment Advisory:

- Profiling Corporate clients, understating their internal investment guidelines and recommending suitable investment opportunities of Debt Capital Market products such as NCDs, CPs, Debt IPOs for investments.

Product Knowledge:

- Staying updated on market yields levels, primary and secondary deals in Corporate/NBFC space in Debt Capital Markets.

- Understanding of key market indicators of debt capital markets.

- Managing the execution of the primary & secondary bond trades/settlement.

Reporting:

- Preparing client profiles, tracking bond investments by Corporates, and coordinating with internal teams.

Key Requirements:

- Education: Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA preferred, CFA, especially in BFSI.

- Skills: Strong communication, relationship building, sales aptitude, and market knowledge.

- Experience: Sales experience 1-3 years in Debt Capital Market or Managed Corporate Treasury investments or worked with Corporates clients on investments is an added advantage.
