- We are currently looking for freshly qualified Chartered Accountants who are eager to build their careers in a dynamic and fast-paced financial environment.

- The selected candidates will be part of our Merchant Banking / Business Operations team and will gain hands-on exposure to capital markets, deal execution, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the team in transaction execution, financial modeling, and due diligence processes.

- Conduct in-depth industry, company, and financial analysis to assist in deal evaluation and structuring.

- Prepare presentations, pitch materials, and investor documents for internal and external stakeholders.

- Work closely with senior team members across functions to ensure smooth execution of ongoing mandates.

- Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency within the business operations framework.

Requirements:

Qualification:

- Chartered Accountant (recently qualified).

- Strong analytical skills

- Good understanding of capital markets and its functioning

- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools

- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
