Should have worked in Risk Management department of any organization (equity & Debt) for atleast 5 years. Preference, if worked on ODIN software for trading, limits and margins. Core Purpose of the Role : - Overseeing operations of Equity, F&0 and IRF segment, ensure daily EOD / BOD files are processed, reporting is done, exchange and client pay-in / payout are reconciled - Overseeing WDM Broking operations. Ensure all trades are reported in time and contracts notes issued, follow up for payments, trade confirmation - Overseeing Account opening and entire KYC process for all clients including PMS Clients - Overseeing Reconciliation : Bank, DP, ledgers - MIS, Data for inspection, data for statutory payments - Real time Risk Management for Equity, F&O and IRF segments - Monitor and assign daily limits to clients based on available margins - Monitor position triggers and discuss for any action - Ensure all systems are up and running in the morning and limits are assigned before market hours - Monitor Exchange circulars related to Risk Management and its implementation - Preparing all formats and frequency of MIS - Co-ordination with Dealers and Back office and assist in trade processing as and when required - Checking and Monitoring Exchange margin reporting for all segments - Co-ordination with Exchange and Clearing Member as and when required - Set-up basic surveillance alerts and its monitoring - Responsible for Master creation for Debt & Equity segment (Client Master / Security Master/ UCC generation) - KYC master data to be updated and maintained online ONLY CANDIDATES HAVING REQUISITE EXPERIENCE IN DEBT/EQUITY OPERATIONS SHOULD APPLY.
