Job Overview :

The role involves analyzing financial data, generating insights, and supporting decision-making processes within the construction finance sector. The incumbent will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to assess creditworthiness, manage project financing, and ensure smooth execution of financing transactions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

- Conduct initial due diligence and data appraisal for new proposals.

- Oversee the preparation of Credit Appraisal Memos (CAM) and project cash flows for presentation to the credit committee.

- Facilitate disbursement processes and post-disbursement monitoring.

- Monitor funded projects and ensure compliance with financial agreements.

- Manage subsequent tranche disbursements.

- Issue No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for selling units/apartments.

- Manage a team of 3-5 Credit Analysts/Business Analysts.

- Meet customers alongside the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) / Sales Manager (SM) during deal origination.

- Ensure timely processing of fresh proposals in coordination with the Credit Analysts and Sales team.

Skills and Competencies :

- Proficiency in the local language (mandatory), Hindi, and English.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Expertise in financial analysis, credit assessment, and project appraisal.

- Computer proficiency, especially in MS Office.

- Ability to manage teams across multiple locations.

- Multi-tasking capabilities to handle diverse deadlines and demanding expectations.
