TRUGlobal - Head/Director - PMO

Role: PMO Head / Director

Location: MG Road, Bangalore - 5 days onsite

Shift: 2 PM - 11 PM IST (with flexibility to extend to 1 AM IST only during CXO connects in the US)

Background required: Started IT Technical Delivery roles and then moved into IT Services PMO experience (non-negotiable) - NOT Service Delivery

Role snapshot:

- Enterprise portfolio & program governance across IT services delivery

- Executive reporting and dashboards (weekly/monthly) directly to CXO

- Financial & resource management - KPIs, margins, forecasting, OKRs

- Stakeholder management at leadership level + capability building

What the role owns:

- Governance frameworks per delivery model: effort tracking (T&M) | SLA/KPI management (Managed Services) | scope & milestone control (Fixed Bid)

- Delivery quality: SLA compliance, milestone adherence, productivity tracking

- Staffing optimization: utilization rates, skillset alignment, effort-overrun containment

- Financial control: revenue leakage, cost efficiency, margin protection - by model

- Segmented dashboards: utilization & billing | SLA & uptime | cost variance & profitability

- Risk ownership: overutilization flags, SLA penalty exposure, scope creep - plus mitigation plans

- Governance enablement: training PMs and Delivery Leads; standardizing reporting discipline org-wide

- Cross-functional bridge: Delivery, Sales, Finance, and Client-facing alignment across contract structures

- The role spans portfolio governance, resource and financial management, capability building, and team leadership - essentially serving as the central nerve of delivery operations with direct CXO visibility
