TrueTech - Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant

Role Overview:

As an Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant at Truetech Solutions, you will be instrumental in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design and configure Oracle Fusion applications, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful implementations. This role requires strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct detailed business requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand their financial processes and reporting needs.

- Design and configure Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management, to meet client-specific requirements.

- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of Oracle Fusion Financials implementations.

- Provide ongoing support to clients, including troubleshooting issues, resolving user inquiries, and implementing system enhancements.

- Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Tax modules to ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.

- Collaborate with project managers and other consultants to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

- Develop and deliver training to clients on Oracle Fusion Financials functionality.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest Oracle Fusion Financials features and functionality.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to implement and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.

- Proven expertise in configuring and maintaining Oracle Fusion Tax modules.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Oracle Financials implementations, with a focus on Oracle Fusion.
