Role : Inside Sales Specialist
Location : Chandigarh/Mohali/Panchkula
Exp : 5-7 yrs
Shift : 7 PM - 4 AM
NP : Immediate - 10 days
Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Specialist with proven experience in outbound sales development for North American markets. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to selling software services or SaaS solutions, excel in high-volume calling environments, and demonstrate consistent success in qualifying leads and booking meetings for senior sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients across North America.
- Effectively pitch software services/SaaS offerings, clearly articulating value propositions.
- Identify customer needs, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for the Sales OS Manager.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups and engagement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems.
- Provide daily/weekly pipeline updates, call reports, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 4-7 years of experience in outbound inside sales / sales development, preferably within software services or SaaS.
- Proven track record of booking meetings with North American clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; neutral or North American accent preferred.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling capabilities.
- Experience working in US shift environments.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and organized with strong time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) and sales enablement tools.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to account-based selling (ABS) or consultative sales approaches.
- Experience collaborating with marketing teams on campaigns and lead nurturing.
- Understanding of sales metrics, funnels, and conversion optimization.
