Job Description: B2B Enterprise Sales Manager Valuation Services (Banks & BFSI)


Experience: Minimum 5 years (Mandatory)


Location: Bangalore


Department: Enterprise Sales Valuation Business


Role Overview:


We are hiring a sharp, performance-driven Enterprise Sales Manager with 5+ years of hardcore B2B sales experience to grow TruEstates Valuation Services business across Banks, NBFCs, and HFCs.


This role requires a strong hunter mindset, deep BFSI relationship-building ability, and comfort in selling high-trust, process-heavy services.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Enterprise Sales & New Business Acquisition


- Proactively pitch and sell valuation services to Banks, NBFCs, HFCs, Co-lenders, and Fintechs.


- Open new doors, build relationships with Credit Heads, Risk Teams, Ops Heads, Cluster Managers, and Product Teams.


- Drive aggressive outreach: cold calls, meetings, partner visits, BFSI events.


2. End-to-End Sales Ownership


- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation pitch technical discussions commercials onboarding.


- Push for deeper penetration across branches and regions of existing banking partners.


- Build and maintain a strong & predictable sales pipeline.


3. Account Management & Stakeholder Handling


- Coordinate with Ops, Valuation, Legal, and Tech teams to ensure service quality and SLA adherence.


- Act as a single point of escalation for enterprise clients.


4. Market Intelligence & Strategy


- Understand banks valuation challenges, compliance requirements, and operational gaps.


- Stay updated on the competition landscape, pricing trends, and regulatory changes.


- Share feedback for product improvement and service innovation.


Required Experience & Skills:


Mandatory


- Minimum 5 years of B2B enterprise sales and operations experience.


- Experience selling to BFSI institutions (Banks/NBFCs/HFCs).


- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets in the valuation business, credit, underwriting, real-estate intelligence, or risk process.


- Strong networking and relationship-building skills across BFSI.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.


Preferred


- Experience working in a high-growth, target-driven environment.


- Ability to manage complex stakeholders and long sales cycles.
