Position Title: Strategy- Private Label

Location: Powai Mumbai

Role Overview:

- We are seeking a Program Manager (Strategy) to spearhead our Private Label business across Pharma, OTC, and Nutraceuticals. This is a high-visibility, strategic role where you will work closely with leadership to drive new product launches, optimize processes, manage cross-functional execution, and establish strong external partnerships.

- The successful candidate will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers, and ensure all private label programs align with organizational objectives while delivering exceptional value to customers and stakeholders.

- The Program Manager - Private Label will serve as the central point of coordination for multiple private label projects, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder relationships to deliver successful product launches and sustainable program growth.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Product Launch Management: Own end-to-end program management for new medicine, OTC, and nutraceutical launches - from pipeline design to execution.

- Process Excellence: Build scalable processes to improve velocity of product introductions, eliminate bottlenecks, and ensure compliance.

- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Foster strong relationships with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams to align on timelines and quality standards.

- Commercial Strategy: Drive price point negotiations, cost optimization, and value engineering to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with supply chain, regulatory, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution.

- Strategic Growth Initiatives: Support leadership in identifying opportunities, building new verticals, and scaling private label as a major revenue driver.

- P&L Ownership: Take full accountability for the category's financial performance - monitoring revenues, margins, and cost structures to deliver on profitability targets.

Minimum Qualification:

- B. Tech/B.com/BBA from a reputed institute or MBA from a Tier-1 B-School.

- Candidates with top tier consulting background (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar.).

- 2-5 years of experience specifically in private label, retail, or consumer packaged goods industry.

- Experience working with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendor management.

- Experience in pharma/healthcare, FMCG, or OTC sectors is a plus (not mandatory).

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
