Truemeds - Head - Product Design

The Role:

We're looking for a Head of Design to own and drive our design vision. You'll lead product, brand, and visual design, shaping experiences that are simple, intuitive, and loved by millions.

What You'll Do:

- Define and scale the design vision across the Truemeds universe.

- Lead and grow a high-performing team of designers.

- Build seamless, conversion-driven user experiences across web and app.

- Strengthen and evolve our brand identity across all customer touchpoints.

- Create and maintain scalable design systems.

- Collaborate closely with product, engineering and business teams to deliver fast, high-impact outcomes.

- Use insights, research, and data to iterate and improve continuously.

What We're Looking For:

- 8-12 years of design experience, with at least 3-4 years leading teams.

- A strong portfolio showcasing strength can drive the conversion funnel.

- Experience in high-growth consumer tech/e-commerce environments.

- Great leadership and storytelling skills to align teams and stakeholders.

- Bias for action, experimentation and shipping at speed.
