Job Title: Associate Director - Supply Chain Strategy

About the Role

We are looking for a supply chain professional who brings a mix of product thinking, analytics, and execution experience. The role requires someone who has worked across forecasting, operations, warehousing, logistics, and procurement, and has successfully implemented solutions that delivered measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead supply chain strategy projects covering warehousing, demand forecasting, inventory planning, logistics, procurement

- Design and implement scalable processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.

- Partner with product and tech teams to define problem statements and build solutions that can be rolled out at scale.

- Use data and analytics to diagnose issues, develop business cases, and track results post-implementation.

- Work closely with operations and business teams to ensure strategies translate into measurable outcomes on the ground.

- Stay updated on industry practices and bring in relevant best-in-class approaches.

What We're Looking For

- More than 3 years of experience in supply chain management, with exposure to strategy and execution.

- Preferably from Tier 1 MBA college

- Proven track record of designing and implementing solutions in areas like forecasting, inventory planning, logistics, or warehousing.

- Strong process design and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, technology, and operations teams.

- Strong analytical skills, with comfort in working with data and metrics.

- Prior experience in leading organizations like Flipkart, Amazon, or other e-commerce / large-scale consumer businesses will be a plus.
