Role Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Generatlist who has a strong command of inbound marketing, especially for top-of-the-funnel lead generation at the enterprise level. This is not a conventional social media role. We need someone who can build high-intent traffic and generate qualified leads using well-structured content strategies, SEO, and campaigns that target decision-makers (CHROs, CFOs, CMOs, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize top-of-funnel digital campaigns targeting enterprise buyers.
- Own and drive the inbound marketing funnel traffic, conversion, and nurturing
- Create and manage content strategies including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and
LinkedIn content
- Collaborate with the founder and leadership team to shape thought leadership narratives
- Design and run lead-gen campaigns through LinkedIn, SEO, email sequences, and gated
content
- Analyze performance metrics to improve campaign efficiency and lead quality
- Align content marketing with product messaging, ICP insights, and business goals
What You Bring:
- 36 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically inbound and content-driven lead generation
- Proven experience running campaigns for enterprise or B2B SaaS audiences
- Strong skills in SEO, LinkedIn marketing, email automation tools, and Google Analytics
- Exceptional copywriting and storytelling abilities for B2B audiences
- Ability to create content calendars, lead magnets, and engagement workflows.
- Experience working closely with founders or C-levels to craft strategic brand content is a
plus
