We're looking for a Founder's Office Delivery - Enterprise Business who can own enterprise execution, ensure seamless customer delivery, drive operational excellence, and work closely with the founders to scale the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Delivery:

- Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise customer engagements.

- Ensure timely execution, quality delivery, and SLA adherence.

- Build scalable delivery processes and governance.

Strategic Program Management:

- Lead high-value enterprise implementations from kickoff to go-live.

- Manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously.

- Drive execution across Product, Engineering, AI, Operations, and Customer Success.

Customer & Revenue Ownership:

- Act as the executive stakeholder for strategic enterprise accounts.

- Drive customer satisfaction, renewals, and account expansion.

- Monitor delivery KPIs, commercial commitments, and account profitability.

Founder's Office:

- Track organization-wide OKRs and execution.
