Role Purpose

- Drive B2B sales growth and manage key client relationships in the Tea, Coffee, and Vending Machine segment

- Expand market presence by delivering value-driven solutions and long-term partnerships

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for Tea, Coffee, and Vending Machine products

- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure

- Identify and onboard key corporate and institutional accounts

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers

- Conduct client visits, cold calls, and on-site product demonstrations

- Coordinate with internal teams for sampling, dispatch, and order fulfillment

- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business

- Leverage existing accounts for referrals and account expansion

- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements

- Maintain accurate sales MIS, performance reports, and work logs

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

- Achievement of assigned revenue and account growth targets

- Acquisition and retention of key B2B accounts

- Increase in repeat business and wallet share from existing clients

- Customer satisfaction and long-term relationship management

- Accuracy and timeliness of sales reporting and MIS

- Market penetration and brand visibility in assigned territory

Experience Requirements

- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales within FMCG sector

- Prior experience in vending sales of Tea or Coffee products preferred

Skill Sets & Competencies

- Strong key account and relationship management skills

- Proven B2B sales and negotiation capabilities

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Market research and competitor analysis ability

- Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach

- Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset

- Strong planning, coordination, and follow-up skills

- Proficiency in sales reporting, MIS, and CRM tools
