Function: B2B Sales
Role Purpose:
Drive area-level sales growth and client acquisition for Tea, Coffee, and Vending Machine solutions by executing B2B sales strategies and building strong customer relationships.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute area-wise B2B sales strategies for Tea, Coffee, and Vending Machine products
- Identify and onboard new corporate, institutional, and commercial clients
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Conduct customer meetings, cold calls, and on-site product demonstrations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and channel partners
- Coordinate with internal teams for product sampling, order processing, and dispatch
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics
- Drive repeat business, upselling, and customer referrals
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Maintain accurate sales reports, MIS, forecasts, and daily activity logs
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
- Achievement of area sales targets and revenue growth
- New client acquisition and market penetration
- Retention and growth of existing customer accounts
- Vending machine placements and utilization growth
- Accuracy and timeliness of sales reporting and MIS
- Customer satisfaction and relationship strength
Experience Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in FMCG B2B sales
- Prior experience in Tea, Coffee, or Vending Machine sales preferred
Skill Sets & Competencies:
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in vending sales for Tea or Coffee products
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Relationship-building and account management expertise
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Market analysis and competitor tracking skills
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
