About the Company

True Pay Finance Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing, RBI-registered Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), recently rebranded from its earlier name. The company was originally incorporated in 1995, and while it was not actively operating in the lending space, it is now being revitalized as part of a strategic vision by our parent group.

Our group has a strong presence in manufacturing and trading businesses, and we are now committed to entering the NBFC and digital lending sector in a serious and structured manner. With a current loan book of - 50+ crore, True Pay Finance is focusing on small-ticket digital personal and microfinance loans through a tech-first, AI-driven, paperless platform. Inspired by fintech leaders like Stashfin and IBL Finance, we aim to scale aggressively using technology, co-lending partnerships, and institutional funding.

Role Overview

We are looking for a visionary and execution-focused CEO to lead True Pay Finance Pvt Ltd into its next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire NBFC operation, including strategic planning, regulatory compliance, digital lending operations, fundraising, and building a high-performance leadership team.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape and lead the transformation of a legacy company into a modern fintech NBFC.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the company's strategic planning and execution in alignment with the board.

- Drive the growth of the loan book through digital channels and strategic partnerships.

- Oversee compliance with RBI regulations, audits, and governance frameworks.

- Spearhead fundraising efforts including equity, debt, and co-lending partnerships.

- Optimize unit economics, portfolio quality, and credit risk.

- Build and lead high-performing teams across credit, technology, marketing, and operations.

- Represent the company in investor meetings, boardrooms, regulatory bodies, and industry forums.

- Manage the transition and modernization of the company's legacy systems and processes into a tech-enabled platform.

Key Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in BFSI, fintech, or NBFC sectors.

- Proven leadership at a CXO level (CEO/COO/Business Head) in a lending-focused organization.

- Strong understanding of the NBFC regulatory framework and RBI compliance.

- Hands-on experience in digital lending, credit underwriting, and tech integrations.

- Track record in fundraising through banks, private equity, venture capital, or co-lending partners.

- Strong strategic thinking, execution capability, and team-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA, CA, or Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related fields.

- Experience in launching or scaling tech-based lending products.

- Existing network with lenders, investors, and regulators is a strong plus.
