TRUE Hospitals is building India's first boutique network of 20-50 bed multi-specialty hospitals, focused on day-care surgeries and patient-centric care. With a capex-light lease and operations model, we are scaling rapidly across NCR and beyond, in partnership with senior doctors and hospital owners.

About the Role
We are looking for a highly intellectual, analytical, and driven individual to join TRUE Hospitals as a Program Manager. This role is ideal for candidates from Tier-1 engineering colleges (IIT/NIT preferred) who are passionate about startups and want to work closely with founders.
Key Responsibilities
- Build dashboards and track progress across multiple hospital projects.
- Support founders in setting up operations and streamlining processes.
- Plan, monitor, and provide visibility of critical tasks and milestones.
- Drive problem-solving with strong analytical insights.
Requirements
- IIT/NIT graduate (or Tier-1 equivalent).
- 1-3 years of experience (freshers welcome).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Passion for startups and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and execution skills.
