We partner with mid-sized hospitals (2050 beds) to transform their operations, scale patient demand, and build Indias most trusted healthcare brand. Founded by IIT/IIFT alumni with leadership backgrounds at OYO, Ola, Airtel, Pristyn Care, we are building fast, with a vision of 50 hospitals in 5 years.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Program Manager who will work directly with the Founders and leadership team. This is a high-impact role where you will own critical projects, drive execution, and build scalable processes across hospital operations, marketing, technology, and partnerships.

Who Should Apply

- Tier 1 College Graduate (IIT/IIM/IIFT/ISB/Top NITs/XLRI etc.)

- 0-4 years of experience (consulting/startup/healthcare/ops preferred, but not mandatory)

- Strong interest in the healthcare industry & startups

- Hungry to learn, experiment, and deliver impact in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with Founders to design & execute strategic projects in hospital operations, partnerships, and growth

- Drive on-ground initiatives like doctor onboarding, marketing campaigns, and patient experience improvements

- Manage cross-functional teams (ops, BD, tech, finance) to ensure smooth execution

- Build dashboards, reports, and processes for data-driven decision making

- Identify opportunities for scaling and standardization across hospitals
