Build the Growth Engine of Indias First Elite Surgical Aesthetics Platform

TRUE Aesthetics is building Indias first dedicated surgical aesthetics platform combining hospital-grade infrastructure, senior plastic surgeons, and a luxury patient experience.

The aesthetics market in India is massive, fast-growing, and structurally broken. Clinics drive demand but lack surgical infrastructure. Corporate hospitals lack focus and patient experience. As a result, the market remains fragmented and inconsistent.

TRUE Aesthetics is solving this by building a focused surgical platform designed for safety, outcomes, and scale.

Our ambition is simple but bold:

To build the most trusted surgical aesthetics brand in the world.

To achieve this, we are looking for someone who can build and scale our patient acquisition engine from the ground up.

The Role

This is not a campaign management role.

You will own the entire digital growth engine from patient acquisition to consultation bookings and build a predictable pipeline of high-value surgeries.-

You will work directly with the founders to design, test, and scale acquisition channels that can support national expansion.

If you enjoy solving hard growth problems, running aggressive experiments, and building scalable funnels, this role is for you.

What You Will Own

1. Build a High-Performance Patient Acquisition Engine

Design and scale paid acquisition across:

- Google Ads (Search & Performance Max)

- Meta Ads (Instagram / Facebook)

- YouTube

- Emerging patient acquisition channels

Your objective: Generate high-quality consultation leads for surgical procedures.

2. Build High-Converting Growth Funnels

You will optimize the full funnel:

Ad Landing Page Consultation Surgery

This includes:

- Landing page conversion optimization

- Funnel experimentation

- Lead quality improvement

- Consultation booking rates

The goal is to create predictable, scalable growth.

3. Own CAC and Marketing ROI

You will be responsible for:

- Cost per lead

- Cost per consultation

- Cost per surgery

- Channel ROI

We believe in data-driven growth, not vanity metrics.

4. Creative Strategy & Testing

High-performing creative is critical in aesthetics.

You will:

- Build high-performing ad creatives

- Test messaging, visuals, and hooks

- Scale winning creatives rapidly

Expect to run dozens of experiments every month.

5. Build the Growth Stack

You will help build the growth infrastructure including:

- Analytics tracking

- Attribution models

- Funnel dashboards

- Conversion tracking

You will create complete visibility into growth performance.

What Were Looking For

We are looking for someone who thinks like a growth owner, not a campaign manager.

You should have:

- 4 to 7years experience in performance marketing / growth

- Proven experience managing 50L+ monthly ad spend

- Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads

- Experience building high-ticket lead generation funnels

- Strong analytical mindset and experimentation culture

- Ability to move fast, test aggressively, and iterate quickly

You should be comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and speed.

Bonus Points If You

- Have scaled high-consideration purchases (real estate, education, luxury services)

- Have built landing pages and funnels yourself

- Have experience scaling startups from 0 meaningful revenue
