Inbound Marketing Lead (0- 1)
We're looking for our first Inbound Marketing hire to build and scale a high-quality pipeline engine from scratch. This role is focused on driving revenue, not vanity metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Own Inbound SQLs as the #1 KPI and build a predictable pipeline engine
- Drive SEO for high-intent pages (focused on conversion, not content volume)
- Manage LinkedIn paid with a strong focus on retargeting and efficiency
- Plan and execute webinars/events that convert into qualified pipeline
- Own CRM & attribution (HubSpot/SFDC) to track true revenue impact
- Build a tight feedback loop with SDRs & AEs to improve lead quality and conversions
- Work closely with PMM-no content writing required, but strong content utilization is key
Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B SaaS is a must
- Proven track record of building inbound from near-zero to meaningful pipeline
- Strong understanding of CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics
- Thinks in meetings booked, SQLs, and revenue impact-not impressions or clicks
- High ownership mindset with a builder approach (0- 1)
