Product Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including defining product vision, strategy, and goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
- Define product requirements, features, and user stories based on market insights, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to prioritize features and develop product roadmaps.
- Drive the execution of product development sprints, manage backlogs, and track progress against timelines and milestones.
- Communicate product updates, progress, and roadmap plans to internal teams, executives, and key stakeholders.
- Analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market data to iterate on features and improve product usability and effectiveness.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Mentor and coach junior product team members, providing guidance and support in product management best practices.
- Track and analyze product performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on the product based on data and user feedback.
