Key Responsibilities:


- Client Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients to introduce our products/services and understand their business needs.

- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.

- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.

- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2+ years of proven experience in a Business Development, Sales, or similar client-facing role.

- Demonstrated ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Proficiency in using CRM software.

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
