We are seeking a data-driven and creative Social Media Advertising Specialist with a passion for performance marketing and travel storytelling. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Adscombining analytical precision with creative thinking to drive measurable results. Key Responsibilities:
As a Social Media Advertising Specialist at TripFactory, youll be responsible for creating, managing, and scaling digital ad campaigns that deliver results across awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve lead generation, sales, and brand awareness goals.
- Manage daily campaign budgets, pacing, and bid adjustments to maximize ROI.
Creative Direction & Collaboration:
- Work closely with design and content teams to produce high-performing creatives and ad copies.
- Test multiple creatives and messages through structured A/B experiments.
- Stay up-to-date on platform trends and creative best practices.
Analytics & Optimization:
- Track and report key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Implement pixel tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation strategies.
Brand Growth & Engagement:
- Build and nurture online communities across platforms through smart targeting and retargeting.
- Experiment with new ad formats (Reels, Shorts, Stories, etc.) to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with overall marketing goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of proven experience managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and conversion optimization.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Tag Manager.
- Excellent creative and copywriting sense to align visuals and messaging for maximum impact.
- Experience in travel, e-commerce, or consumer brands preferred.
- Certification in Facebook Ads or Google Ads is a plus.
