Strategic Ownership:

- Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies aligned with marketing and product goals.

- Identify rising platforms, shifting audience behaviors, and whitespace opportunities (Reddit, niche communities, Threads, etc.

- Align social activities with full-funnel awareness engagement conversion journeys.


Leadership Profile Building:


- Manage and grow executive profiles on LinkedIn, ensuring thought leadership is established and sustained.

- Work closely with leadership to create high-quality posts, newsletters, engagement actions, and follower development.


- Build brand trust and visibility through personal + brand account synergy.


Content Writing & Brand Voice:


- Write social-first, platform-optimized content with strong hooks, value delivery, and brand consistency.

- Create concise and compelling copy for short-form posts, carousels, videos, and ads.

- Ensure adherence to design language and visual hierarchy while briefing or collaborating with design teams.


Community Engagement & Growth:

- Foster meaningful conversations respond to DMs, comments, and mentions promptly and

strategically.

- Actively participate in and engage with industry groups, community spaces, Reddit threads,

and partner content.

- Explore employee advocacy and support internal champions with curated content.


Platform & Ads Experience:


- Execute and optimize campaigns using social media ad platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.


- Segment and target audiences using platform data, Sales Navigator insights, and CRM feedback.

- Drive measurable KPIs: reach, engagement, CTR, follower growth, and campaign-specific outcomes.


Performance Analysis:

- Create and share performance dashboards regularly, highlighting insights and opportunities.

- Run A/B tests on formats, tones, timing, and content categories to constantly improve impact.

- Benchmark against competitors and identify creative/social whitespace to capitalize on.


Requirements:


- 2-4 years of B2B social media experience - preferably in SaaS or healthcare tech.

- Excellent command of LinkedIn - both organic and paid - with strong understanding of Sales Navigator.

- Proven ability to write, edit, and craft compelling brand and leadership content.

- Familiarity with Reddit engagement, social listening, and platform communities.

- Understanding of design systems, layout, and visual direction (while not being a designer)
