Key Responsibilities:
Google Ads Campaign Management:
- Develop, launch, and manage Search, Display, PMax, YouTube, and Retargeting campaigns.
- Build destination-focused campaigns (Europe, Dubai, Maldives, Thailand, Singapore, etc.
- Create lead generation funnels for holiday packages.
- Build keyword strategies for domestic and international travel markets.
Performance Optimization:
- Daily optimization of keywords, bids, budgets, and placements.
- Improve Quality Score, CTR, Conversion Rate, and reduce CPL.
- Manage 100+ ad groups across destinations.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and CTAs.
Audience Targeting and Retargeting:
- Create custom, affinity, and lookalike audiences.
- Retarget high-intent audiences and past website visitors.
- Build remarketing journeys for incomplete or abandoned leads.
Analytics and Conversion Tracking:
- Implement GA4, GTM, and Enhanced Conversions.
- Track lead quality using CRM data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Travel Industry Expertise (Mandatory):
- Understanding of travel packages, seasonality, and trending destinations.
- Knowledge of the travel funnel: Impression Lead WhatsApp Booking.
- Prior experience with travel companies, OTAs, or DMCs.
Budget and ROAS Management:
- Optimize budgets and allocate spends for maximum ROAS.
- Minimize wasteful spend across campaigns.
- Align campaign budgets with demand for destinations and seasons.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- 35 years of experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax).
- Strong experience in lead generation for the travel sector.
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, Looker Studio.
- Advanced keyword research and PPC optimization skills.
- Experience scaling destination-based campaigns.
- Understanding of WhatsApp and CRM conversion ecosystems.
