Manager - Learning & Development

Description


- Lead the planning and execution of key global initiatives, develop employee skill development program, including onboarding, professional development, and management training.

- Partner with internal stakeholders to assess training needs and develop scalable, inclusive learning solutions.

- Act as the primary learning partner for our India offices, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to identify learning needs and ensure successful implementation of development initiatives.

- Practical experience and knowledge of designing various learning methods are essential, including virtual training sessions, e-learning courses, and classroom training.

- Oversee and continuously improve learning resources and programs, ensuring all content remains up-to-date and aligned with the companys strategic initiatives.

- Design and deliver engaging training content using a variety of instructional methods and technologies.

- Enhance and streamline digital learning experiences by administering and optimizing learning tools and performance management systems, while driving improved learner engagement.

- Administer and optimize learning and performance management systems, including user access, permissions, troubleshooting, and system configuration.

- Support performance management processes by deploying feedback tools, improving workflows, and preparing training materials and documentation.

- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to evaluate training effectiveness and performance trends, providing actionable insights to leadership.

- Collaborate with HR, IT, and Knowledge Management teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and workflows.

- Maintain and update the corporate training calendar and repository.

- Support the Director of L&D in strategic planning, budgeting, and performance measurement of L&D programs.

- Contribute to DEI initiatives and culture-building efforts through inclusive learning experiences.

- Serve as a liaison between the L&D team and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of learning strategies.

- May assume responsibility for supervising and mentoring L&D Specialists or Coordinators over time, supporting their professional development and growth.

Qualifications

- Education: Masters degree in OD/ HRM/ MBA, relevant certifications (e.g., CPLP, SHRM-CP) .

- Work Experience: 6-8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field, with some experience in project or team management preferred.
