Description:
Discovery & Strategy Alignment:
- Ask the right questions to guide product discovery and innovation.
- Dive into customer use cases and feedback to prioritize development aligned with strategy and user needs.
- Proactively propose data-driven, research-backed solutions and independently create project plans with full ownership.
Requirements & Documentation:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into detailed product requirements.
- Gather and define use cases, user stories, and journey maps to support feature delivery.
- Maintain and manage spec documents throughout the development lifecycle.
Execution & Delivery:
- Manage sprint cycles and facilitate agile/SCRUM meetings with engineering and design teams.
- Track feature progress, report to senior team members, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Lead the UAT process and establish a framework to track and share results.
Product Expertise & Planning:
- Become the go-to expert for the product, understanding its full capabilities and client usage.
- Support roadmap, release, and sprint planning to align feature sequencing with business priorities.
- Demonstrate strong presentation skills in product reviews and stakeholder discussions.
Technical Acumen:
- Possess a solid understanding of SaaS development lifecycle and backend technologies.
- Facilitate efficient prioritization and decision-making across all phases of product development.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Work Experience:
3+ years of experience in product management of B2B SaaS Application, consulting, banking, or another business.
Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a successful track record of product launches and iterations.
