WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
- Work closely with Development, QA, and Product teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented accurately.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including requirement workshops, backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Create and maintain business process flows, use cases, workflow diagrams, requirement traceability matrices (RTMs), and other project documentation.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, validating defects, coordinating with business users, and ensuring successful sign-off.
- Investigate production issues, perform functional analysis, and work with technical teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.
- Prepare project status updates, requirement documentation, and stakeholder presentations as required.
WHAT WE NEED IN YOU
- Graduate/Post Graduate with 3-5 years of IT experience.
- Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Exposure to Retail, Ecommerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Order Management domains.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence.
- Exposure to Order Management Systems (OMS) like - Manhattan / Sterling.
- Understanding of Order Management processes such as order capture, inventory visibility, fulfillment, shipping, returns, and exchanges.
