Trident Group - Chief of Engineering

Role Overview:

The Chief of Engineering will lead the engineering function at Budhni, ensuring operational excellence across Utilities, Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), Solar operations, and Workshop management. The role focuses on compliance adherence, timely execution of engineering projects, and cost optimization while driving efficiency and reliability in all engineering systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure 100% adherence to statutory, social, and environmental compliances as per CTO, MOEF, and other regulatory requirements.

- Oversee Utilities operations (power, water, steam) to ensure uninterrupted supply and optimal performance.

- Manage Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) operations, ensuring compliance with environmental norms and zero discharge targets.

- Supervise Solar plant operations, ensuring maximum energy generation and system reliability.

- Lead Workshop activities, including preventive and breakdown maintenance for plant equipment.

- Ensure compliance adherence to external testing, maintaining 100% pass rate for all samples.

- Optimize conversion costs for water and wastewater treatment, maintaining costs within target benchmarks.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for energy efficiency, cost reduction, and process reliability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of engineering projects and audits.
