Description:
- Responsible for End to End implementation for SCM and manufacturing modules.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business processes (procurement, inventory, manufacturing, order management, logistics).
- Translate business needs into system configurations and workflows.
- Develop test cases for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Work with QA teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Train end users on SCM applications.
- Create user manuals, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Provide hyper care support after implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
- Suggest optimizations for supply chain processes.
- Keep up to date with new software features and industry trends
