Role & responsibilities :
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to finance and accounting processes.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Finance modules to meet business needs.
- Perform system testing, data migration, and integration with other business applications.
- Provide end-user training and support during and post-implementation phases.
- Collaborate with technical teams for solution design and troubleshooting.
- Document functional specifications, test scripts, user manuals, and training materials.
- Participate in project meetings, workshops, and status updates with clients and internal teams.
- Stay updated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance updates and industry best practices.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 SCM or other Dynamics 365 modules.
- Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Power BI, Power Apps, or Azure services.
- Knowledge of industry-specific challenges and solutions in manufacturing, retail, or distribution sectors
