About the Role:
- We are looking for a Key Account Manager to drive adoption and optimize the usage of our deployed medical devices across key healthcare accounts.
- This role is crucial in improving device utilization, increasing ECG volumes, and strengthening client relationships.
- The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare, account management, customer relationship management, or biomedical engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, ensuring smooth operations and high adoption of deployed devices.
- Device Utilization & Optimization: Monitor usage metrics and implement strategies to improve adoption rates and increase ECG volumes.
- Revenue Growth: Work towards increasing ECG volumes to drive monthly revenue growth from existing deployments.
- Expansion & Deployment: Support phased expansion of devices at key healthcare accounts by ensuring optimal utilization of current installations.
- On-Site Visits & Client Engagement: Conduct regular in-person visits to hospitals and diagnostic centers to address concerns, train staff, and enhance device usage.
- Large Account Management: Assist in managing strategic accounts, ensuring seamless integration and customer satisfaction.
- Performance Tracking & ROI: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and work towards achieving a strong return on investment (ROI) for client visits and engagement activities.
Key Requirements:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer relationship management, account management, or sales in the healthcare/medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of medical devices, ECG technology, and hospital workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with healthcare professionals and administrators.
- Ability to analyze data, track usage metrics, and implement process improvements
