Role: Marketing Head, Tricog Health
Role Overview: Tricog Health is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Head to lead the organisations marketing function across both Digital Health and Diagnostics Technologies verticals and the corporate brand of Tricog Health.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Tricogs business goals across all product lines.
- Build and lead a unified marketing roadmap that integrates digital marketing, performance marketing, inside sales, brand marketing, communications, and creative design.
- Establish clear positioning for each product vertical, ensuring that Tricogs mission and brand message remain consistent across all touchpoints.
- Design and implement long-term plans to strengthen Tricogs brand visibility in India and international markets.
Performance Marketing and Growth:
- Own and lead digital and performance marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for both B2B and B2C segments.
- Design and monitor ROI-driven campaigns across digital platforms, ensuring effective lead generation and conversion.
- Oversee the Inside Sales team under the Digital Health division to ensure strong funnel management and revenue contribution.
- Analyse data and marketing metrics to optimise campaigns and allocate budgets effectively.
Brand and Communication:
- Define, build, and maintain Tricogs corporate and product-level brand identity.
- Lead brand storytelling across all digital, print, and experiential channels, including events, PR, and thought leadership content.
- Supervise internal creative and communication teams responsible for campaign design, copy, and collateral creation.
- Collaborate with external creative and media agencies for product launches, brand campaigns, and new market entries.
- Ensure brand consistency across all Tricog products in the Digital Health and Diagnostic Technology verticals
Market Insights and Consumer Understanding:
- Drive research to understand evolving consumer and clinician behaviour, preferences, and needs across markets.
- Develop customer personas and refine messaging to suit each segment and geography.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, pricing strategies, and marketing innovations to stay ahead of the curve.
- Translate insights into actionable marketing plans that align with Tricogs product and commercial objectives.
Planning, Budgeting, and Governance:
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the marketing function.
- Set, monitor, and report on departmental goals and KPIs.
- Develop team hiring plans for performance, brand, and creative functions, ensuring the right talent mix for execution excellence.
- Ensure strict budget discipline and a strong focus on return on marketing investment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Product, Business, Technology, and Clinical teams to ensure integrated go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with the Corporate and HR teams for employer branding, internal communication, and event management.
- Partner with external organisations, healthcare partners, and collaborators to amplify Tricogs brand globally.
- Ensure strong alignment between sales and marketing to maximise conversion and market penetration.
Leadership and People Management:
- Build and mentor a high-performing team across digital, creative, and inside sales functions.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the marketing team.
- Encourage continuous learning and adaptability to changing market dynamics.
- Represent marketing in leadership discussions and quarterly business reviews.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 6 to 7 years or more of experience in marketing, with at least 3 to 4 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of building and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand communication, and inside sales strategies.
- Experience in healthcare, technology, or digital-first businesses preferred.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth, and innovation-driven environment.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into strategic insights.
