Tribeca Developers - Manager - Strategy

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop project strategies and provide key insights for product development.

- Assist senior management with decision-making, bid management, and project oversight.

- Manage project cash flows, track collections, and allocate funds effectively.

- Prepare the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and cash flow statements; monitor project targets as per the AOP.

- Establish and ensure success criteria for projects, including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.

- Monitor project timelines and costs to achieve committed profit margins and ensure timely completion.

- Implement cost optimization strategies, suggest cost control measures, and focus on value engineering, waste reduction, and productivity improvement.

- Handle financial transactions, analyse expense statements, and use charts/models to identify trends and predict future outcomes.

Requirements:

- 2 - 8 years of experience in highly analytical environments such as top management consulting firms or corporate strategy roles.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.

- Proven experience in managing senior stakeholders.

- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to create compelling presentations.
