Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the end-to-end delivery of engineering programs for Concierto Manage, our AI-driven AIOps and Cloud Management platform.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strong blend of technical expertise, program management excellence, and stakeholder management. The TPM will serve as the critical bridge between Product Management, Customer Advocacy, Engineering, Infrastructure, and DevSecOps teams, ensuring the successful delivery of platform capabilities, customer-driven enhancements, and strategic roadmap initiatives.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced product environment and possess the ability to drive cross-functional alignment, execution discipline, and scalable delivery practices while maintaining architectural integrity and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Planning & Delivery:
- Translate customer requirements and business objectives into actionable product roadmaps, epics, features, and sprint plans.
- Lead Program Increment (PI) planning and execution across AIOps, Cloud Management, Automation, Observability, and ITSM integration tracks.
- Partner closely with Customer Advocacy and Engineering teams to ensure requirements are effectively prioritized and delivered against release commitments.
- Maintain program-level dependency maps, risk registers, mitigation plans, and execution dashboards.
- Drive stakeholder communication through executive updates, milestone tracking, status reporting, escalation management, and steering committee reviews.
- Coordinate delivery across geographically distributed engineering teams.
2. Technical Leadership & Architecture Alignment:
- Collaborate with Architects and Technical Leads to ensure engineering decisions align with business and customer requirements.
- Review and validate EPIC-level technical designs, proactively identifying risks and dependencies before execution.
- Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production incidents and ensure corrective and preventive actions are incorporated into engineering backlogs.
- Support architectural governance and drive alignment across platform components and integrations.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as the primary coordination point between Product Management, Engineering, Customer Advocacy, Client Success, and Operations teams.
- Manage third-party integrations and delivery dependencies involving platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, AWS Marketplace, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Foster effective collaboration across backend, frontend, infrastructure, DevSecOps, and cloud operations teams.
4. Process Excellence & Agile Governance:
- Establish and monitor program delivery KPIs, including: 1. Velocity 2. Cycle Time 3. On-Time Delivery 4. Escaped Defect Rate 5. DORA Metrics.
- Drive Agile-at-Scale execution using SAFe or equivalent frameworks.
- Own engineering documentation standards, SOPs, onboarding guides, deployment prerequisites, and knowledge management artifacts.
- Continuously improve delivery predictability, release quality, and operational efficiency.
5. Client & Partner Engagement:
- Represent Engineering during executive-level customer reviews and strategic program discussions.
- Build confidence with enterprise clients through transparent communication, delivery excellence, and technical credibility.
- Support partner and customer enablement initiatives across the Concierto platform ecosystem.
Required Qualifications:
1. Experience:
- 10-14 years of overall experience in software engineering, product delivery, or technology programs.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Program Manager, or equivalent leadership role.
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale, cross-functional software delivery programs.
2. Technical Expertise:
- Strong understanding of distributed systems architecture, cloud-native applications, and enterprise integrations.
3. Domain knowledge in one or more of the following:
- ITSM, AIOps, Observability Platforms, Cloud Management, Infrastructure Automation.
4. Working knowledge of:
- Terraform, Ansible, Container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes/EKS), AWS services including EKS, RDS, S3, KMS, SSM, Lambda, and Bedrock, Exposure to public cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI, Hands-on familiarity with open-source technology ecosystems.
5. Program & Delivery Skills:
- Advanced expertise in Jira and Confluence, including roadmap creation, reporting, dashboard development, and program governance.
- Strong experience leading PI Planning and Agile-at-Scale initiatives using SAFe or equivalent methodologies.
6. Excellent technical writing skills with experience creating:
- RCA documents, Architectural Decision Records (ADRs), Executive communications, Onboarding and operational documentation, Proven ability to facilitate incident post-mortems and drive organization-wide remediation initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AIOps, ITSM, Observability, Cloud Management, or Automation platforms.
- Prior exposure to Managed Services Provider (MSP) or Channel Partner business models.
- Experience delivering programs involving ServiceNow ITSM implementations or integrations.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and enterprise security frameworks.
- Experience working in product engineering organizations delivering SaaS platforms.
