About ODEX:

The Operational & Digital Excellence (ODEX) team at TresVista is a newly established, cross-functional task force with a firm-wide mandate to drive transformation across internal support functions and client-facing teams. Positioned at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology, the ODEX team is responsible for reimagining how the firm operates through process optimization, technology enablement, and digital innovation.

The Role & Responsibilities:

As a VP within the ODEX team, the selected candidate will be responsible for leading and executing strategic optimization and digital transformation initiatives across the firm. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver operational improvements and technology-driven solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identifying inefficiencies and gaps in current operational processes across functions.

- Designing and implementing process improvements using structured methodologies.

- Driving the strategic vision for digital transformation initiatives and aligning them with organizational goals.

- Monitoring industry trends and best practices to continuously improve transformation strategies.

- Developing strategic roadmaps for long-term digital transformation goals.

- Identifying opportunities for innovation and digital growth within the organization.

- Supporting the development and deployment of automation tools, workflows, dashboards, and AI solutions.

- Conducting data analysis to generate actionable insights and inform decision-making.

Key Role Deliverables:

- Execution of cross-functional transformation projects aligned with strategic priorities.

- Implementation of scalable and sustainable process enhancements.

- Measurable improvements in operational efficiency and team productivity.

Experience:

- 7-12 years.

- Prior experience in fast growing startups or founder's office is a plus.
