About the Department :

Research & Investment Services (RIS) is one of the vital service lines offered by TresVista to its clients, providing Modeling and Financial Analysis, Research, Due Diligence, Valuation and Portfolio Management, Deal Sourcing, and Marketing and Communications. The delivery team comprises highly skilled professionals intended to be an extension of the client's team and further supported by additional value-added functions. They serve various clients across Public and Private Equity, Investment Banks, and other Corporates, Wealth Management Firms, Portfolio companies, etc.

About the Opportunity :

The Associate opportunity at TresVista is a 2-3 year program providing a chance to work directly with and be responsible for their client base. It provides them with rich learning experience and direct exposure to senior investment professionals. Associates undergo a comprehensive training program to help them execute smoothly and exceed client expectations. An Associate's role is sector agnostic, working across product groups, acting as thought partners for clients and not just data aggregators.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conduct research on target industries and companies to provide recommendations.

- Mid-level operations role with exposure and experience in high-end Finance.

- Interacting with various senior investment professionals.

- Mentoring a team of Analysts and reporting to a Senior Associate/VP.

- Responsible for checking Analyst work to ensure it is client-ready and serves as a point of contact for clients.

- Essential tasks involve the building of complex financial models and valuations, conducting financial analysis, creating industry/equity research reports, performing merger consequence analysis.

Experience:

- MBA in Finance/CA/CS with minimum of 1-3 years of any work experience.

- CA/CS Intermediate with 1-3 years of relevant work experience.

- Any Graduates with 3+ years of relevant experience.

Education & Certifications:

- UG/MBA in finance/CA/CS.
