Strategic & Commercial Leadership:

- Define and execute a comprehensive annual marketing strategy, aligned with organizational goals and event calendar.

- Build brand equity for Trescons event portfolioacross conferences, expos, roadshows, and consulting offeringsin global B2B markets.

- Develop and manage delegate and sponsorship acquisition frameworks, targeting senior-level decision-makers across industries.

Integrated, Performance-Led Campaign Management:

- Architect and manage high-performance multichannel campaigns (email, content marketing, digital ads, social media, PR).

- Utilize segmentation, personas, and funnel optimization to drive conversions and boost ROI.

- Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, CRM and marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), analytics dashboards, and performance tracking.

Thought Leadership & Content:

- Drive thought leadership across verticals whitepapers, keynote narratives, post-event reports, and strategic partnerships.

Team Building & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Build and mentor a lean but high-impact marketing teamcovering digital, content, design, and event marketing.

- Collaborate closely with Sales, Sponsorship, and Event Production teams to align on goals, leads, and conversions.

- Establish clear KPIs and dashboards for regular reporting to the leadership team.

Partnerships & Channel Growth:

- Forge and grow media alliances, association partnerships, and influencer relationships to expand reach.

- Identify and evaluate co-marketing, regional, and alliance opportunities to enhance event visibility and sponsorship uptake.
