About the role:

Trendlynes stock market products are usually the first to market. We were the first Indian platform to launch real-time alerts, AI-powered stock screeners, live stock reports, and more. We continue to launch new products for our B2B and B2C customers every quarter.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within defined scope, timelines, and budgets. The role requires strong coordination with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end project execution at Trendlyne from planning and scoping to deployment and final delivery.

- Translate product requirements and PRDs into detailed project plans, technical tasks, resource schedules, and sprint backlogs.

- Work closely with engineering and design teams to manage dependencies, remove blockers, and ensure the team remains on track.

- Manage resources and deadlines across multiple products to ensure on-schedule delivery.

- Identify and fix issues and resource gaps to ensure projects stay on track and meet their deadlines.

- Monitor project performance using data and feedback to continuously iterate and improve internal workflows.

What youll bring:

- 3-5 years of project management experience is a must (fintech experience is a plus).

- Exposure to tools like Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms.

- Background in finance, engineering, or MBA.

- Good understanding of equity markets, derivatives, technical & fundamental analysis concepts.

- Work on trading platforms is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

- Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
