What will be your key responsibilities?
- Conduct Financial and Tax Due diligence including bank, GST, TDS, PF, and PT reconciliations
- Conduct basic ledger scrutiny from books of accounts
- Preparing/reviewing schedules/tables and analyzing basic trends and movements of revenue, expenses, working capital, etc., and identifying any extraordinary movements or changes
- Preparing/reviewing the DD report with Company overview and factual inputs
- Framing of findings, observations, and notes to investors to be incorporated in the DD report based on the above points
- Research on financial metrics like market size, beta, etc
- Prepare other decks and reports wherever required
What are the key requirements for the role?
- Qualified CA with 2-4 years of experience in core finance, audit & taxation
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work accurately with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to adapt and work with fast-paced work culture and to adapt and learn quickly adapt and learn quickly
