Tredence - Technical Program Manager

Job Description :

- Own program roadmap, planning, and execution for data engineering and analytics initiatives, including batch/real-time pipelines, data lakes, data warehouses, BI, and ML solutions.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to define problem statements, solution approaches, and execution strategies.

- Drive large-scale data platform implementations leveraging cloud ecosystems, with a strong focus on GCP and/or Databricks.

- Manage a portfolio of projects/programs, ensuring delivery excellence across timelines, quality, risk, and cost.

- Lead and mentor TPMs, project managers, and cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance, ownership-driven culture.

- Establish governance frameworks, including program reviews, KPI tracking, executive dashboards, and stakeholder communication.

- Drive Agile transformation and delivery maturity, implementing best practices to enhance speed, predictability, and efficiency.

- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations, particularly in complex, multi-team, and client-facing environments.

- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and solution architects to ensure scalable and reusable data solutions.

- Own client communication and executive reporting, translating data insights into actionable recommendations and business impact.

- Drive adoption and ROI for delivered solutions, ensuring measurable value for clients.

- Support pre-sales and solutioning efforts, including effort estimation, proposal development, and client presentations.

Requirements :

- 14-18 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or platform delivery, with 6+ years in Program Management/TPM roles.

- Proven experience delivering large-scale data and analytics programs in a consulting or client-facing environment.

- Strong background in data engineering (ETL/ELT, data lakes, data warehouses, distributed processing).

- Mandatory experience with GCP and/or Databricks.

- Experience with modern data technologies such as Spark, Airflow, Databricks, BigQuery, and related data platform tools.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engagements and distributed teams.

- Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and scaled delivery models.

- Ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions, preferably in domains such as Retail, CPG, BFSI, or Healthcare.

- Experience managing executive-level stakeholders, including client leadership.

- Strong financial acumen with experience in program budgeting, cost optimization, and ROI tracking.

- Prior experience in pre-sales, solutioning, or consulting engagements is highly preferred.

- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments.
