Role Overview

As a Manager for Search Ads and Personalization, you will be responsible for leading large-scale data engineering and analytics programs that deliver measurable business impact. You should have strong expertise in clickstream, Google Analytics, funnel analytics, and eCommerce analytics to lead data-driven initiatives that optimize digital experiences and accelerate growth for clients. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both technical grounding in data/analytics and the ability to translate data into strategic insights for senior business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize clickstream data to analyze user interactions, navigation behavior, and content engagement across digital platforms.

- Analyze Google Analytics and website performance data to identify opportunities for improving user engagement and conversion.

- Conduct funnel analytics to uncover drop-off points and drive actionable recommendations for higher conversion rates.

- Perform end-to-end website and eCommerce analytics to optimize customer journeys, boost sales, and enhance overall site performance.

- Evaluate search ad and campaign performance to improve ROI and digital marketing effectiveness

- Design and implement personalization strategies using behavioral insights to create tailored digital experiences

- Partner with marketing, design, and product teams to translate insights into measurable business outcomes. Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to translate analytics findings into actionable improvements.

Qualifications:

- Experience of 9+ years in the Analytics domain having experience in Digital / Web / eCommerce Analytics

- Proven experience with clickstream analytics tools and methodologies, Google Analytics (GA4), and funnel analysis techniques.

- Strong analytical foundation in SQL, Excel, and familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools

- Experience in e-commerce data analysis, digital marketing campaign evaluation and customer journey analysis

- Knowledge of search ads platforms and performance tracking.

- Ability to translate insights into strategic actions for personalization and optimization.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.-

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with A/B testing and user experience analytics.

- Understanding of customer journey mapping and behavior analysis.
