Role and Responsibilities:
- Work would be around 4 pillars of Sales Excellence Sales Strategy, Sales processes, Sales Operations and Sales Enablement
- Revenue Management Tracking and reporting Best Estimates (Revenue Projections)
- Pipeline Management
- Dashboard on salesforce
- Change management activities around salesforce
- Process Improvement (Identifying process gaps, suggesting and implementing changes, putting up corrective steps if need be)
- Annual planning exercise
- Support in driving strategic initiatives across the organization
- Working with various stakeholders and teams across the organization to gather information and prepare insights
- Work on Board presentations, Reports for senior management
- Support reviews and drive actions
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree with Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Any experience on Salesforce would be good to have.
- Experience in IT services - 3 to 8 years
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analyzing / Interpreting data and coming up with insights to help in decision making
- Strategic Thinking Problem solving approach & Analytical ability
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good proficiency in excel and power point
- Strong networking skills
