Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Treasury Sales professional to join our Mumbai-based team to drive our corporate client engagement strategy. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to large corporate treasuries, providing sophisticated solutions across FX, interest rate derivatives, and investment products.

You will work closely with internal trading desks, risk management teams, and senior stakeholders to tailor financial solutions that mitigate market volatility and optimize liquidity. By bridging the gap between complex market movements and client-specific business needs, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market share and strengthening long-term institutional relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients by identifying their unique hedging requirements and offering bespoke FX and derivative solutions to protect their balance sheets.

- Collaborate with internal trading and research teams to deliver timely market insights and actionable trade ideas that help clients navigate volatile financial environments.

- Oversee complex mutual fund operations and investment mandates to ensure seamless execution and compliance for institutional clients.

- Lead high-level negotiations and client meetings to position our treasury platform as the preferred partner for risk management and liquidity solutions.

- Monitor regulatory changes and market trends to proactively advise clients on potential impacts to their treasury operations and capital structures.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in structuring and executing FX and interest rate derivatives, with a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape governing treasury products.

- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships, translating technical market data into clear, strategic advice for CFOs and Treasury Heads.

- Strong operational knowledge of mutual funds and institutional investment processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all client-facing transactions.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of navigating high-pressure environments and building consensus among diverse internal and external stakeholders.

- A solid academic foundation, typically supported by a postgraduate degree in Finance or an MBA from a premier institute.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Mumbai, maintaining a high level of professional agility and market responsiveness.
